My Approach and How It Works

My aim is to provide a safe space where I can support you in thinking about and working through problems or feelings that may be affecting your relationships or ability to achieve your goals in day to day life.


Clinical Psychologists are trained to support people in dealing with their difficulties by helping them to understand why they developed and providing specific techniques or coping strategies to aid recovery.


Psychological therapy is a partnership between you and your therapist whereby you work together to resolve your problems.


My therapeutic approach is predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however, my clinical training allows me to draw from a wide range of psychological theories to formulate individually tailored treatments. I discuss the goals for therapy with each individual client and tailor my sessions accordingly.
